Server Application Software
Every IRIS DVR is a stand-alone server. The application software performs all of the image and transaction recording and playback, as well as other controls such as scheduling, motion masking, ATM light monitoring, and more. The Application Software allows multiple users to view images simultaneously. IRIS uses its patented index system expanding the ability to link beyond time and date to a transaction image.
Inquiry Software
Inquiry allows a user to retrieve images instantly either at the IRIS system or remotely. Images may be viewed real-time or retrieved based on date, time, event, or transactional search data. All IRIS images are stored in a proprietary format that can only be retrieved using IRIS Inquiry. This ensures unimpeachable image verification! Images may be emailed in one of twenty-four different formats.
Control Suite – Configurator
Control Suite Configurator enables on-site or remote set-up and programming functions of an IRIS DVR. All settings for cameras, image compression, lumen compensation, motion sensitivity, quantity of cameras and transaction types, and more, are done through Configurator. All systems are fully programmable while the IRIS Server software is running. A site map with interactive camera locations may be updated at will.
Control Suite – Service Manager
Control Suite Service Manager communicates with IRIS DVS on-site systems and "polls" them for health and maintenance issues. It displays the current status of monitored sites, reports systems that are "on-line" and the operational status of the systems. Remote system time/date can be verified as well as over 100 other critical status points. Service personnel can use the system diagnostics for maintenance issues. With its remote capability, remote upgrades can be performed with ease. Polling can be performed "as scheduled" or “on demand.”
Control Suite – Access Manager
Control Suite Access Manager identifies available IRIS system servers and provides user rights and controls from a central location. Once authorized, users can be added and/or deleted, passwords initiated, access levels granted, and more, from a central location. Sites may be organized by region, function, or organizational or financial structure. The bottom line, easy management and control of authorized users!
