  • All location information.

  • Service dispatcher.

  • Local contact name.

  • Special problems.

  • Type of service required.

The Service Vendor has access to service update menu and can perform the following tasks:

 

  • Provide updated information to customer.

  • Track service orders.

  • Automatically notify of completions.

  • Update their user profile.
